Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a senior product designer to own end-to-end product design for a large-scale, mobile-first consumer product. You will work remotely with a small, fast-moving team, shaping new surfaces from concept to shipped experience, including AI-powered features and live interactions.

The role requires a 5+ year track record, strong shipped-product impact, and comfort designing for mature, 18+ audiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of end-to-end consumer product design experience.
• Shipped mobile-first products at scale.
• Proven ability to take ideas from concept to launch.
• Strong strategic thinking with elite visual execution.
• Portfolio of polished UI from real consumer products.
• Experience using AI tools for design and prototyping.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end product design across chat experiences, character creation, monetisation and growth flows.
• Design emerging product surfaces, including live and interactive features and AI video experiences.
• Translate strategic product thinking into high-quality visual and interaction design.
• Build polished interfaces, interactions and prototypes for mobile-first experiences.
• Partner with Design Lead, Product Managers and founders and own product surfaces.
