Job summary

Danone in Warsaw is seeking a seasoned IT & Data Product Analyst to support the Payments & Banking Communication product. You will join the IT & DATA Treasury & Tax product family, acting as a functional bridge among business stakeholders, Product Owner, and delivery teams.

Based in Warsaw with hybrid work flexibility, you will contribute to the evolution of banking connectivity, payment exchange capabilities, and regulatory alignment while delivering scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Analysis, or similar roles.
• Experience delivering payment solutions, banking connectivity, or payment factory capabilities.
• Strong requirements elicitation, process modelling, and documentation skills.
• Experience in Agile / Scrum product teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Act as a bridge between business, Product Owner, and delivery teams.
• Gather, analyse, and translate requirements into epics, features, and user stories.
• Support backlog refinement and prioritisation with value, effort, risk analysis.
• Coordinate workshops with Treasury, Finance, IT, banks, and partners.
• Prepare testing and validation activities, including UAT and defect analysis.
