Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in aero-engine MRO and overhaul is advantageous.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate in-service events and perform root cause analysis.
• Assess repairability and approve repair schemes and criteria.
• Define acceptance limits for repair and serviceability.
• Develop and implement repair procedures per aerospace standards.
• Create detailed repair manuals and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and OEM standards.
• Design modifications for cost reduction and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
