Job summary

Infosys is seeking a highly skilled aero-engine engineer to join its aerospace services team in Poland. You will investigate in-service events, define repair criteria, and develop procedures for turbine engine components.

The role emphasizes adherence to aerospace standards and collaboration with Design, Stress, and Materials teams to maintain component integrity. You will work on repair schemes, acceptance limits, and technical documentation while driving continuous improvement in MRO

Qualifications

• Aero-engine MRO and overhaul experience is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of gas turbine engines and components.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, BOMs and specifications.
• Strong customer-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Aero Engine Component Design OR Non-Conformance Assessment Process experience is appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Investigate in-service events and root cause analysis.
• Define acceptance limits for repair and serviceability.
• Develop repair procedures in line with aerospace standards.
• Create inspection and repair manuals and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure aero-engine integrity.
• Support continuous improvement of MRO workflows.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations.
• Design or modify aero engine components to resolve service issues.
