Job summary

Infosys Limited seeks a Producibility Engineer (Aerospace) with strong MRO experience to lead repairability assessments and define serviceability criteria in a dynamic aerospace environment.

You will develop repair procedures, create technical documentation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements. This role emphasizes continuous improvement and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Aero-engine MRO and overhaul environments.
• Knowledge of gas turbine modules and materials.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, GD&T, BOMs and specs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Investigate in-service events and perform root cause analysis.
• Assess repairability and develop/approve repair schemes.
• Define and validate acceptance limits for repair and serviceability.
• Develop and implement repair procedures per aerospace standards.
• Create inspection and repair manuals; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Support continuous improvement of MRO workflows.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and OEM standards.
• Collaborate with engineers and customers on non-conformances.
