Job summary

Demant Polska seeks a Senior Procurement Analyst to drive cost transparency and analytical excellence across Global Procurement. You will turn complex cost data into actionable insights supporting sourcing strategies, product profitability, and business decisions.

You will collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Product Development, and Operations to shape cost management, reporting analytics, BI, and AI capabilities within Global Procurement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in procurement analytics, strategic procurement, finance, or a similar area.
• Experience working in complex international organizations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to translate data into clear, business-relevant insights and communicate with stakeholders across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain product cost models and drive cost transparency.
• Increase transparency on cost drivers and supplier economics.
• Identify and quantify cost-saving opportunities.
• Define cost targets with Procurement, Finance, and Program teams.
• Support business cases, sourcing decisions, and target costing activities.
• Provide cost insights for investment and make-vs-buy decisions.
• Lead procurement cost reporting and performance analysis.
• Ensure data quality and reporting governance.
• Drive automation, BI, AI, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform cost and financial analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Deliver scenario modelling and impact assessments.
