Job summary

b2bnetwork is seeking an Application Manager/SME to oversee the lifecycle, stability and continuous improvement of a critical data and reporting solution supporting the DORA Register of Information. The role ensures reliable performance of procurement systems and drives optimisation of data flows and automation across stakeholders and vendors.

The candidate will handle incident and change support, maintain documentation, ensure reporting reliability and contribute to scalable future-state

Qualifications

• Must have lifecycle and application management experience.
• Incidents, problems and changes handled effectively.
• Strong collaboration with stakeholders and vendors required.
• Analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with data quality and reporting (Snowflake/Power BI).
• Awareness of risk, security and compliance considerations.
• Background in systems administration within procurement.

Application Manager/SME responsible for the lifecycle, stability and continuous improvement of a business-critical data and reporting solution supporting the DORA Register of Information. The role ensures reliable performance of procurement-related systems, drives optimisation of systems, data flows and processes, increases automation and identifies as well as implements improvements. It also includes stakeholder and vendor coordination, incident and change support, application compliance, documentation, reporting reliability and contribution to scalable future-state solution design.

Must-have knowledge and experience

• Application lifecycle and application management experience.
• Incident, problem and change management skills.
• Strong stakeholder, vendor and collaboration skills.
• Technical troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
• Snowflake, Power BI, data quality and reporting experience.
• Risk, security and compliance awareness.
• Background in systems administration, preferably as a Business Systems Analyst or IT Analyst within procurement.
• Professional English communication skills across organisations and seniority levels.
• Project management experience or equivalent experience in driving cross-functional activities.
• Ability to lead or contribute to multiple application-related projects.

Nice-to-have knowledge and experience

• Knowledge of DORA or third-party risk management.
