Job summary

Accenture Poland in Warsaw is seeking a seasoned procurement leader to drive cost savings and strategic sourcing across Facilities, MRO, Technical Services, and Equipment. You will partner with senior clients, manage stakeholder relationships, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver savings, KPI achievement, and continuous improvement.

The role requires at least 10 years in category management or procurement, multinational experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in category management, procurement or supply chain.
• Experience driving category strategies across multinational environments.
• Minimum 7 years in client facing or stakeholder roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and suppliers.
• Analytical and problem solving skills.
• Formal training or experience in strategic sourcing is a plus.
• Ability to lead strategy, budget and staffing in a matrix organization.
• English language knowledge, min. C1 level.

• Lead cost savings and strategic sourcing initiatives across categories such as Facilities, MRO, Technical Services, and Equipment.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to drive procurement strategies and deliver savings targets.
• Build and manage strong relationships with Engineering, Maintenance, suppliers, and key business stakeholders.
• Conduct category and market assessments to identify opportunities and develop sourcing strategies.
• Oversee a portfolio of sourcing projects, ensuring efficient delivery and achievement of KPIs, SLAs, and cost reduction goals.
• Drive continuous cost, performance, and supplier management improvements while resolving supplier-related issues.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members, ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Support innovation, process optimization, automation, and the growth of Industrial Operations expertise within the organization.

Here’s What You’ll Need

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a category management, procurement, and/or supply chain function
• Experience of driving and implementing category strategies across multi-cultural and multinational environments
• Minimum 7 years in a client facing or stakeholder management role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline (business/finance/economics/engineering/ mathematics) or equivalent would be an asset
• Ability to interface with customers and suppliers via strong written and verbal communications skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Formal training and/or experience in strategic sourcing would be an asset
• Demonstrated ability to manage the successful creation and execution of a strategy, operating budget and staffing plan to support customer and company goals
• Strong ability to effectively lead in a matrix organizational structure working with multiple internal clients
• Knowledge of English language, min. C1 level required (both written and spoken).
• This position requires travel of approximately 25% to multiple customer locations
