Job summary

A logistics and warehouse management company in Szczecin is seeking a Problem Solver to ensure the continuous operation of warehouse processes. Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, with a minimum of 6 months as a problem solver, and a good understanding of AWS/WMS systems. Job description

Responsibilities

• Assurance of continuous work of processes and warehouse operators;
• Secure materials and resources (e.g. cardboard boxes, totes) for effective work of operators;
• Looking for missing materials;
• Solving of problems causing stoppage of operators work, and escalation of them if needed;
• Checking , approving and solving of simple errors in processes;
• Cooperation with Quality Controllers to solve system errors and operators problems;
• Meeting applicable rates/statistics in the performed processes;
• Training of new problem solvers;
• Participation in process improvement projects;
• Ordering from suppliers goods that are damaged or broken and needed for the order;
• Calculation /forecasting of the quantity of goods needed for removal from high storage;
• Correcting errors related to orders (wrong address, wrong courier);
• Compliance with safety standards during work;
• Carrying out tasks assigned by the superior.

Qualifications

• 1 Year experience in warehouse processes;
• Minimum 6 months experience as problem solver;
• Ability to resolve routine issues without supervisory approval;
• Independence in performing position tasks;
• Good knowledge of AWS/WMS system functionalities in the warehouse;
