Job summary

Aviva Services Excellence Centre in Warsaw is hiring a pricing analyst to assess price changes, translate them into pricing actions, and own regular price setting. You will build models, analyze risk mix changes, and provide insights on actual vs technical price performance.

Ideal candidates hold a degree in a mathematical or quantitative field with 3+ years pricing experience (preferably in personal lines) and strong English.

Qualifications

• Degree in mathematical or quantitative area.
• Good command of database related programming (SQL, 4GL or other).
• Strong analytical skills.
• 3+ years pricing experience, preferably in personal lines.
• Excellent command of English.
• Experience with pricing software suites (Emblem, Radar, Earnix, Akur8) a plus.
• Exposure to Python and R coding would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assess technical price changes and translate them into street pricing.
• Fit and maintain customer behavioural models.
• Perform analysis of risk mix changes and make pricing recommendations.
• Provide actual vs technical price insights.
• Own the regular price setting and implementation processes.
• Provide pricing inputs into key business processes.
• Pricing model review and simplifications.
• Development of automation tools.
