Qualifications

An outstanding opportunity has arisen to join one of London's most respected commercial fit-out contractors. With a turnover exceeding £100 million and a strong pipeline of high-profile Cat A & Cat B office fit-out projects across Central London, this business continues to grow and strengthen its market-leading position. They are now seeking an experienced Senior Pre-Construction Manager to play a key role in securing and delivering major projects whilst protecting commercial interests and ensuring exceptional client outcomes.

The Role

As Senior Pre-Construction Manager, you will take ownership of the pre-construction process from initial enquiry through to project handover. Working closely with senior stakeholders, design teams, and commercial teams, you will be responsible for developing winning strategies, managing risk, and ensuring projects are positioned for successful delivery. This role would suit an individual with a strong commercial background who understands how to balance client expectations, programme requirements, risk management, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Currently working for a fit-out contractor

• Based within a commutable distance of Central London
