Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR in London is seeking a Chartered Quantity Surveyor to deliver pre- and post-contract cost management across predominantly commercial projects with residential exposure.

The role requires MRICS status and a degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline. You will prepare cost plans, tender docs, final accounts, and produce monthly cost reports while administering contracts and providing client reporting.

Qualifications

• MRICS status is required and a degree in QS or related discipline.
• Experience delivering consultancy QS services for commercial and residential projects.
• Client-facing cost management experience with contract administration.
