Job summary

Hostinger is seeking an Emerging Channels Specialist to identify, test, and scale new growth channels worldwide—flexible to work from Kraków or remotely. You will own the global roadmap, craft full-funnel strategies, and partner with Product Marketing, SEO, Brand, and regional teams to influence go-to-market decisions.

This role requires hands-on growth marketing experience, a data-driven mindset, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Performance or Growth Marketing with a focus on data, experimentation, and ROI.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives, influence cross-functional teams, and drive measurable outcomes.
• Experience owning channel roadmaps or growth programs with dedicated experimentation budgets.

Responsibilities

• Own the global emerging channels roadmap from identification to validation, scaling, and budget recommendations.
• Identify, set up, and test new growth channels (Reddit, X.com, Discord, LinkedIn communities, etc.).
• Develop and execute full-funnel strategies with clear hypotheses and dedicated test budgets.
• Analyze experiment and channel performance, iterate quickly, and double down on winning tests.
• Partner with Product Marketing, SEO, Brand, and regional teams to influence go-to-market strategy.
• Research, test, and scale innovative marketing opportunities across content marketing, SEO, GEO marketing, guerrilla tactics, and community-first acquisition.
• Introduce new frameworks, playbooks, and best practices across the marketing org.
• Monitor online discussions for reputation risks and opportunities, designing interventions that strengthen brand sentiment.

As Emerging Channels Specialist in Hostinger's Emerging Channels Growth team, you'll be responsible for identifying, setting up, and testing new growth channels and strategies for Hostinger, testing, and running experiments with dedicated budgets and analyzing performance to double down on winning tests. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the Emerging Channels Growth Team Lead.

Your day-to-day

• Own the global emerging channels roadmap - from identifying and researching new growth opportunities to validation, scaling, and budget recommendations.
• Identify, set up, and test new growth channels for Hostinger, including platforms like Reddit, Twitter, Discord, LinkedIn communities, and other emerging channels.
• Develop and execute full-funnel strategies, building clear hypotheses and running performance experiments with dedicated test budgets.
• Analyze experiment and channel performance, iterate quickly based on data, and double down on winning tests to drive scalable growth.
• Partner with Product Marketing, SEO, Brand, and regional teams to identify opportunities, test new approaches, and influence go-to-market strategy.
• Research, test, and scale innovative marketing opportunities across content marketing, SEO, GEO marketing, guerrilla tactics, and community-driven acquisition.
• Introduce new frameworks, playbooks, and best practices that uplift the entire marketing organization.
• Monitor online discussions, identify reputation risks and opportunities, and design interventions that strengthen brand sentiment.

Your skills and experience

• Hands-on experience in Performance or Growth Marketing, with a strong focus on data, experimentation, and ROI.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives, influence cross-functional teams, and drive measurable outcomes.
• Experience operating at a strategic level, with ownership of channel roadmaps, growth programs, or dedicated experimentation budgets.
• Hands-on experience with channels and ecosystems such as Reddit, X.com, Discord, LinkedIn communities, Start-up/Web3, or other emerging and niche platforms.
• Strong understanding of platform mechanics, tone of voice, audience behavior, and community dynamics across emerging channels.
• Background in social media management, online reputation management, or community-driven marketing is a plus.
• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and tools such as Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify high-potential channels, build hypotheses, evaluate performance and ROI, and make data-driven decisions on what to test, scale, or stop.
• Excellent written English, with the ability to craft compelling narratives, navigate complex online discussions, and influence public perception.
• High ownership and a strong bias toward action, with the ability to work independently, move quickly, and solve problems effectively.
• Curious and experimental by nature, with a drive to continuously learn, test new ideas, and turn insights into growth opportunities.
• Strong interest in technology, AI, and innovations shaping the future of marketing.
