Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking a Power Platform & Integration Specialist to own the service architecture, workflows, and integrations across the Self Service Portal ecosystem. You will design and implement automations using Power Apps and Power Automate, and build API integrations between systems.

With at least 6 years in IT, you will work with BMC Helix/Digital Workplace or comparable platforms, ensure data quality and governance, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver reliable, scalable

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of professional IT experience.
• Hands-on experience with BMC Helix, BMC Digital Workplace or comparable platforms.
• Experience developing workflows, services and automations using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Proven experience designing, developing and supporting API integrations.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with database design and data modelling.
• Data ownership, governance and data quality principles.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end overview of service architecture, workflows and integrations.
• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Design, build and maintain APIs and automations using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Create, maintain and support databases used by developed services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and platform teams to deliver solutions.
• Support incident resolution and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain technical and functional documentation.
