Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking an Expert IT Analyst to own the end-to-end service architecture for the Self Service Portal ecosystem. You will analyse business needs, translate requirements into technical solutions and design automated workflows, service questionnaires and integrations.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting incidents, collaborating with platform teams, and maintaining documentation. The role requires strong SQL skills, English proficiency, and experience with service management

Qualifications

Strong experience as an IT Analyst, System Analyst, Service Developer or similar role.
Hands-on experience with service management platforms like BMC Helix, Digital Workplace, Self Service Portal.
Proven track record building and maintaining requestable services and automated workflows.
Good understanding of service architecture, integrations and enterprise application design.
Strong knowledge of databases and SQL.
Experience analysing incidents and resolving complex service-related issues.
Ability to manage full service lifecycle from requirements to operation.
Strong documentation skills for technical and functional docs.
Experience working in Agile environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proactive mindset with ownership and problem-solving.
Very good command of English (spoken and written).
Nice to have: APIs, AD, IIQ or other identity/automation platforms.
Knowledge of IT Service Management processes.
Experience with enterprise workflow orchestration and service automation platforms.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end service architecture, workflows and integrations for the Self Service Portal ecosystem.
Analyse business needs and translate requirements into technical solutions.
Design, develop and maintain requestable services and automated workflows.
Design service questionnaires, approval flows and integrations.
Assess impact of new requirements and platform changes.
Troubleshoot complex service-related incidents and perform root cause analysis.
Collaborate with service owners, platform teams and stakeholders.
Create and maintain technical specifications, process docs and procedures.
Support testing, deployments and continuous improvement initiatives.
Drive standardisation, automation and optimisation across the service catalogue.
