Job summary

T-Mobile Polska is seeking a PMO professional to support the setup and day-to-day operations of the PMO within the T Hub initiative. You will coordinate activities, prepare reports, and ensure governance across international projects in the Deutsche Telekom Group.

Fluent German and English (B2+) are required, along with hands-on experience in Jira/Confluence/SharePoint and strong analytical skills. This is a remote role with quarterly HQ presence in Warszawa.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO or project coordination
• Hands-on experience with project reporting and KPI tracking
• Ability to consolidate and analyze project data from multiple sources
• Experience supporting project governance and stakeholder communication
• Very good command of German and English (B2+)

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and day-to-day operations of the PMO function across strategic programmes and projects.
• Coordinate project activities and ensure smooth collaboration between stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain project status reports, KPI dashboards, and management reports.
• Consolidate and track project information, including milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Organize project meetings, steering committees, workshops, and governance sessions.
• Support project managers and programme leads in administrative and coordination activities.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure information is up to date in tools such as Confluence and SharePoint.
• Contribute to improving PMO processes, reporting standards, and project governance practices.
