Qualifications

• Strong understanding of portfolio management frameworks and best practices.
• Pro‑active problem solving with negotiating, documenting and presenting recommendations to deliver shared outcomes.
• Excellent critical thinking, able to work under pressure to challenging timescales and deliver at pace.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and communication skills with exposure to senior stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to engage and bring different teams together.
• Solid understanding of financial planning processes including forecasting, variances, and project accounting.
• Strong time management and ability to deliver under tight timescales.
• Experience of continuous improvement in processes or projects.
• Strong knowledge of fintech and technology infrastructure products and platforms.
• Proven ability to turn ad‑hoc requests into high level reports for senior management, including CTO level.
