Job summary

Saab Technologies Poland Sp. z o.o. (STPL) is seeking a seasoned PMO Manager to lead in-country investment projects and coordinate delivery across Saab Group subcontractors, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and compliant outcomes.

The role is based at STPL HQ in Warsaw or Gdynia, with travel across Poland and internationally. You will manage strategic investment programs, optimize asset portfolios, drive due diligence, integration activities, and reporting, while working closely with compliance,

Qualifications

Approximately 10 years of experience in project and program management, including PMO, investment, acquisition and business development initiatives.
Experience in international multi-stakeholder environments, preferably in defence and security sectors.
Strong analytical, governance, budgeting and risk assessment capabilities.

Responsibilities

Support strategic investment projects from evaluation through execution and handover.
Lead acquisition and post-acquisition integration activities.
Develop project plans, budgets, schedules and resource allocations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely, within-scope delivery.
Monitor progress against financial and schedule targets and report findings.
