Job summary

Saab Technologies Poland Sp. z o.o. (STPL) is seeking a PMO Manager to establish and manage in-country investment projects and interface for delivery projects where STPL acts as a subcontractor.

You will coordinate activities across stakeholders, deliver projects on time and within scope, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role involves frequent travel across Poland and internationally, with a primary office base in Warsaw or Gdynia.

Qualifications

• PMO and project management experience in international, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience in defence/security sector preferred.
• University degree required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with governance and budgeting knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic investment and business development projects from evaluation and planning through execution, implementation, handover and operational continuity.
• Manage and optimize the company's asset portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, operational requirements and long-term business objectives.
• Lead acquisition processes, including due diligence, negotiations and post-acquisition integration activities.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders, functions and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor, analyze, and report project progress against agreed financial, schedule, and quality objectives.
• Ensure effective risk and opportunity management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Work closely with the Compliance and the Security functions to support the implementation and effective application of procedures, and regulatory requirements relevant to ongoing projects, including audits conducted by Police and other authorities, as well as applicable reporting requirements.
• Build and maintain productive relationships with suppliers, industrial partners, government entities, and Saab Group stakeholders.
• Prepare business cases, management presentations, and decision-support materials.
• Drive continuous improvement in asset utilization, cost control, operational efficiency, and organizational resilience.
