Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking a passionate SW/FW Senior Platform Engineer to join our smart camera development team in Poland. You will help build the next-generation vision platform, focusing on platform bring-up, service development, and robust system design.

Key tasks include Linux bring-up with Yocto, C++/C services, and automation via Python and Bash. You will also integrate AI-assisted workflows to accelerate coding while maintaining high-quality architectures.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of Linux OS fundamentals and system management.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and builder ethos.
• Competent with Python, Bash, and systemd for scripting and services.
• Readable and learnable modern C++ (C++20) with AI-assisted tools.

Responsibilities

• System bring-up on Linux platforms using Yocto and systemd.
