Job summary

Holisticon Connect, a division within NEXER GROUP, is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable cloud platforms on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will drive automation, IaC, and CI/CD, collaborating with engineers, architects, and product teams to ensure security, reliability, and compliance.

This role offers a choice of employment form: B2B or Employment Contract, with UoP 15 300–19 500 PLN gross/month or B2B 130–165 PLN net/hour + VAT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as Platform/DevOps/SRE engineer.
• Strong Python development experience.
• Hands-on with FastAPI or backend frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL administration and tuning.
• Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Solid Terraform and IaC experience.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Understanding of DevOps, SRE, and platform engineering.
• Experience designing secure, scalable cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable platform services and cloud infrastructure in GCP.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Develop and maintain platform services and APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Manage and optimize PostgreSQL environments and platform integrations.
• Ensure high availability, observability, reliability, and security of platform services.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to improve developer experience and platform adoption.
• Implement and maintain cloud governance, access controls, and security best practices.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve platform and infrastructure issues.
• Drive automation initiatives to reduce operational overhead and improve service quality.
• Support networking, connectivity, and identity management across cloud environments.
