Job summary

Gravitee is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to join the Platform Team. You will build and maintain Gravitee's cloud infrastructure, enabling AI workloads and agent management, while delivering production-grade Kubernetes environments for customers.

You will collaborate across teams, solve complex issues, and contribute to automation and onboarding efforts. The role emphasizes real-time performance and scalable platforms in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in infrastructure management.
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes clusters and Helm-based deployments.
• Proven automation and deployment experience with CI/CD tooling.
• Experience with Terraform, Docker and certificate management.
• Familiarity with Argo Workflows/CD, Helm Charts, and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Participate in delivering Gravitee NextGen Cloud infrastructure for AI workloads.
• Deliver production-ready Kubernetes-based, customer-facing environments.
• Assist the support team to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Develop and maintain new infrastructure features with the team.
• Share knowledge through internal Gravitee TechTalks and doc updates.
• Lead investigation of support tickets and resolve issues collaboratively.
• Create knowledge articles to aid customer use cases.
• Drive innovation and AI-driven automation for operations.
