Job summary

Seargin Ltd is seeking backend platform engineers to work on Kubernetes-based deployments and cloud-native environments in Poland. You will contribute to infrastructure as code with Terraform, support identity management with Keycloak, and work with Kafka for distributed messaging while building Java/Spring Boot services.

We value strong English communication and experience in platform engineering or backend development, with opportunities to work on international projects and modern IT stacks.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in cloud-native environments.
• Practical experience with Terraform, Keycloak, and Kafka.
• Solid understanding of distributed systems and scalable architectures.
• Platform engineering/infrastructure or backend development experience.
• Good command of English for international collaboration.

Job description

• Work with Kubernetes to deploy, manage, and maintain containerized applications across modern cloud-native environments.
• Manage Infrastructure as Code
  • Use Terraform to provision, configure, and maintain infrastructure, supporting consistent and scalable platform environments.
• Support Identity and Access Management
  • Work with Keycloak to support authentication, authorization, and secure access management across platform services.
• Maintain Distributed Messaging Solutions
  • Work with Kafka to support reliable messaging, event-driven architectures, and communication between distributed services.
• Develop and Maintain Backend Solutions
  • Contribute to backend development using Java and Spring Boot, where applicable, to support platform services and integrations.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including managing containerized applications and working with cloud-native environments.
• Terraform and Platform Technologies
  • Practical experience with Terraform, Keycloak, and Kafka, supporting infrastructure management, identity services, and distributed messaging.
• Solid understanding of modern distributed systems, containerized environments, and the principles behind scalable platform architectures.
• Platform or Backend Engineering Background
  • Professional experience in platform engineering, infrastructure, or backend development, with the ability to work effectively in cloud-native environments.
• Good command of English, enabling effective communication and collaboration within international technical teams.
