Hitachi Energy in Krakow seeks an AI Delivery Lead to orchestrate the delivery of Physical AI use cases across global operations. You will own delivery from planning through implementation, coordinating sponsors, architects, analysts, IT, and manufacturing stakeholders, including external partners.

This senior role requires leading complex initiatives, aligning stakeholders across regions and functions, and driving initiatives from concept to implementation, with travel about 30% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in project or delivery management delivering complex technology projects.
• Experience delivering projects in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed project teams.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology teams.
• Experience managing external vendors, project scope, budgets, timelines, and risks.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Physical AI use cases across global operations.
• Define project scope, requirements, and deliverables with sponsors and cross-functional teams.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements using suitable delivery methodologies.
• Coordinate architects, business analysts, technical specialists, and contributors across distributed teams.
• Develop clear Statements of Work and manage external vendors/partners.
• Monitor progress of the AI use case portfolio and manage priorities and dependencies.
• Identify risks and issues and drive mitigation and follow-up.
• Provide clear project reporting and communicate progress to stakeholders and senior management.
