Hitachi Energy is seeking an AI Delivery Lead to oversee the delivery of Physical AI use cases across our global operations. You will coordinate sponsors, architects, analysts, IT teams, manufacturing stakeholders, and external partners to move AI initiatives from concept to production.

The role requires 8+ years of delivery experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments, and you must communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in project or delivery management for technology projects.
• Experience delivering in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Strong stakeholder management across business and technology groups.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Physical AI use cases across global operations.
• Define project scope, requirements, and deliverables with sponsors and teams.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate architects, analysts, technical specialists, and other contributors across distributed project teams.
• Develop Statements of Work and manage external vendors and partners.
• Monitor progress of the AI use case portfolio and manage priorities and dependencies.
• Identify risks and issues and drive mitigation and follow-up.
• Provide clear project reporting to stakeholders and senior management.
