Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a highly experienced PHP Technical Leader / Architect to support the Digital team in France, Poland, and globally. You will shape architecture decisions, mentor the team, and deliver scalable, secure web applications for enterprise clients.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage directly with clients, and contribute to leadership and mentoring activities. A hybrid work model and ongoing training are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong PHP expertise and modern web application development.
• Experience with Laravel and WordPress in enterprise-scale projects.
• Proven ability to debug, troubleshoot and analyze performance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight for PHP projects, ensuring quality and scalability.
• Design and define architecture for web applications and recommend best practices.
• Drive improvements in engineering processes, tooling, and code quality across PHP apps.
• Resolve critical incidents and complex production issues.
• Enforce code review standards and best practices; collaborate with DevOps.
• Engage with clients to translate technical concepts into business language.
