Job summary

Vention, a Warsaw-based engineering partner, is looking for a software developer with strong PHP experience to contribute to robust, production-ready code. You will participate in the full SDLC, implement business logic, and collaborate in Scrum ceremonies while shaping timelines.

Ideal candidates will have Laravel or Symfony, TypeScript, and hands-on React or Angular experience, plus familiarity with Docker and AWS and English at B2 level or higher. Hybrid, full-time role in Warsaw.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of PHP development experience.
• Strong experience with Laravel or Symfony.
• Working knowledge of TypeScript.
• Hands-on React or Angular experience is a plus.
• Experience using AI tools for agentic development.
• Experience with Docker and AWS is a big advantage.
• English level B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of robust solutions with a focus on delivering high-quality, production-ready code
• Take part in the full software development lifecycle, including business logic implementation
• Join Scrum ceremonies, demo sessions, and team knowledge-sharing events like Idea Talks
• Participate in project estimation and planning to help shape development timelines
• Conduct code reviews, write tests, and support continuous integration of new technologies
• Optionally, engage in technical interviews, mentorship, or present at internal and external dev-focused meetups
