Job summary

Vention is seeking a PHP-focused software developer in Wroclaw. You will contribute to robust, production-ready PHP solutions within a hybrid, full-time role, participating in full SDLC and scrum ceremonies.

The position requires 4+ years of PHP experience, with Laravel or Symfony expertise, TypeScript knowledge, and familiarity with React or Angular advantageous. AI tooling experience and AWS/Docker skills are valuable assets.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of software development experience with PHP.
• Proficiency with Laravel or Symfony.
• Working knowledge of TypeScript.
• Experience with React or Angular is a plus.
• Hands-on use of AI tools for development welcomed.
• English level B2 or higher.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of robust PHP-based solutions with production-ready code.
• Participate in full software development lifecycle and business logic implementation.
• Join Scrum ceremonies and knowledge-sharing events.
• Assist in project estimation and planning to shape timelines.
• Conduct code reviews, write tests, and support CI of new tech.
• Optionally engage in technical interviews or internal meetups.

Salary: from 8000 PLN gross Hybrid Full-time Wroclaw, Poland (48A Legnicka St, 54-202)

What you'll do

• Contribute to the development of robust solutions with a focus on delivering high-quality, production-ready code
• Take part in the full software development lifecycle, including business logic implementation
• Join Scrum ceremonies, demo sessions, and team knowledge-sharing events like Idea Talks
• Participate in project estimation and planning to help shape development timelines
• Conduct code reviews, write tests, and support continuous integration of new technologies
• Optionally, engage in technical interviews, mentorship, or present at internal and external dev-focused meetups

What you bring

• At least 4 years of software development experience using PHP
• Solid experience with Laravel or Symfony
• Working knowledge of TypeScript
• Hands‑on experience with React or Angular would be a plus
• Strong experience using AI tools for agentic development
• Experience with Docker andAWS is a big advantage
• English level B2 or higher
