Job summary

Jit Team seeks experienced Pega System Developers to join our Consumer Finance Technology group. This role blends coding with business analysis in a BizDevOps setting, switching between Business Architect and System Architect as projects demand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Pega development experience (SSA level)
• 5+ years of Pega development experience with LSA exposure
• Experience with Pega Infinity projects
• Strong Pega UI Constellation implementation knowledge (financial sector an asset)
• Familiarity with Pega design patterns, guardrails and best practices
• Experience with Pega 8.x platform and cloud environments
• Knowledge of integration approaches (REST, SOAP, MQ)
• Ability to switch between development and business analysis tasks
• Hands-on coding mindset with focus on business outcomes
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication

Role

We are seeking experienced Pega System Developers to join our Consumer Finance Technology team. The ideal candidates will combine technical development expertise with business analysis capabilities, providing both coding skills and requirements gathering abilities in our evolving BizDevOps environment. This role is designed for professionals who can adapt between Business Architect and System Architect responsibilities based on project needs and team requirements.

Expected competences and knowledge

• SSA Level: Minimum 3+ years of Pega development experience with strong technical foundation
• LSA Level: Minimum 5+ years of Pega development experience with proven LSA experience
• Project experience implemented in Pega infinity
• Strong Pega UI Constellation practical implementation expertise (financial sector will be an asset)
• Proficient in Pega design patterns, guardrails, and best practices
• Experience with Pega 8.x platform and Cloud environments
• Knowledge of integration approaches (REST, SOAP, MQ)
