Syneos Health Poland is seeking a Senior Project Specialist with payments focus to manage and optimize clinical trial payments across sites and participants. You will generate and distribute payment reports, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with GCP and regulatory requirements.

In this role you will act as SME for site payment processes, lead meetings, track KPIs, and drive process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Moderate clinical research experience with understanding of clinical drug development and trial operations.
• Polish and English communication skills (written and spoken).
• At least 1 year of clinical research experience in Poland.
• Experience in a Payment Specialist role or similar position.
• Knowledge of GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and distribute study-specific financial reports (e.g. vendor/site invoices, investigator payments).
• Lead internal and external meetings as directed by the PL.
• Prepare and distribute meeting minutes and action items.
• Record KPI status in assigned systems with input from the PL.
• Manage and execute site payments in compliance with agreements and policies.
• Create Purchase Orders with Budget & Contract Specialists.
