Job summary

DCG is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Payments Domain) to collaborate with stakeholders, document strategies, and translate them into concrete technical requirements for development teams. You will ensure traceability, drive quality, and support delivery across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven IT analysis and business analysis experience.
• Excellent written and spoken English with international collaboration experience.
• Hands-on Jira/Confluence experience.
• Strong knowledge of API development, data mapping and process modelling.
• Understanding of banking sector and payments domain.
• SQL, UI prototyping and design experience.
• Familiarity with architecture diagrams including sequence diagrams.
• Solid technical knowledge for collaborating with developers.
• Experience with analysis tools and methodologies.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document strategies aligned with target architecture.
• Elicit functional and non-functional requirements with architects, developers, testers, business and legal stakeholders.
• Translate strategies into detailed technical requirements for development teams.
• Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability throughout the lifecycle.
• Create and maintain requirements docs, use cases, and drive quality improvements.
• Support developers and testers within the team and broader delivery organization.
• Verify delivered solutions through test result validation.
• Provide stakeholders with insights on solution effectiveness.
