Qualifications

• Paralegal qualification or equivalent legal experience.
• Experience in a legal environment, ideally within finance or regulated industry.
• 3–5 years of relevant paralegal experience.
• Strong drafting, contract review and research abilities.

Responsibilities

• Undertake regulatory horizon scanning and assess potential impact.
• Review and comment on contracts and legal documents, escalate issues.
• Prepare, draft, revise and proofread contracts and corporate documents.
• Assist with negotiation of agreements and track comments.
• Conduct legal research and prepare concise summaries.
• Maintain and organize legal records, precedents, and documents.
