Job summary

Reply is seeking a Senior PAM Onboarding Specialist to coordinate onboarding projects from initiation to closure. You will gather service details, define solutions with engineers, and ensure secure access models based on least privilege.

You will lead technical design workshops, align stakeholders across business, engineering, and operations, and apply CyberArk constraints to deliver feasible, compliant implementations. Proficiency in English and Polish is required.

Qualifications

• Proven PAM onboarding experience and senior onboarding focus.
• Strong CyberArk background, including onboarding requirements and integration considerations.
• Ability to translate business needs into secure, technically feasible solutions.
• Experience defining access models, safe structures, roles, and permissions per least privilege.
• Ability to lead technical workshops and align stakeholders across business, engineering, and operations.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional proficiency in English and Polish.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate PAM onboardings from initiation to closure with clear ownership and timely delivery.
• Gather, structure, and validate information about services, accounts, tools, access patterns, dependencies, and use cases.
• Define onboarding solutions with engineers and SMEs, considering business needs, feasibility, security, and CyberArk constraints.
• Lead technical design workshops and align stakeholders on scope, dependencies, decisions, and approach.
• Apply CyberArk knowledge to develop feasible, supportable solutions with required constraints.
• Define safe structures, roles, and permissions based on least privilege principles.
• Ensure formal sign-off, evidence, and onboarding documentation are completed and retained.
