Job summary
Reply, Inc. is seeking a PAM onboarding specialist to coordinate onboarding from initiation to closure, ensuring clear ownership, progress tracking, and timely delivery in a CyberArk environment.
You will gather, structure, and validate information about services, accounts, tools, access patterns, dependencies, and use cases, then design secure, least-privilege onboarding solutions with engineers and SMEs through structured workshops.
Qualifications
- Experience in PAM onboarding, solution design, or onboarding-focused roles.
- Strong CyberArk background including onboarding requirements and integrations.
- Ability to translate business needs into secure, feasible technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate PAM onboarding from initiation to closure with clear ownership and timely delivery.
- Gather, structure, and validate information about services, accounts, tools, access patterns, dependencies and use cases.
- Define onboarding solutions with engineers and SMEs considering business needs, feasibility, security and CyberArk constraints.
- Lead technical design workshops and align stakeholders on scope, dependencies and implementation approach.
- Apply CyberArk requirements and integration considerations to develop feasible solutions.
- Define safe structures, roles, and permissions based on least privilege principles.
- Ensure formal sign-off, implementation evidence, and onboarding documentation are completed and retained.
