Qualifications

• Advanced analytical and commercial skills with should-cost modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for packaging materials categories.
• Lead sourcing events and supplier negotiations to secure value.
• Partner with Packaging Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.
• Manage supplier performance and governance, including supplier selection.
• Identify and mitigate supply risks through contingency planning.
• Drive value creation across cost, demand, risk and sustainability objectives.
• Support component harmonization and labeling changes with packaging teams.
