You will lead end-to-end sourcing and drive value across cost, risk, and sustainability. You will partner with Global Category Managers and cross-functional teams to manage supplier performance, influence demand and specifications, and advance innovative sourcing practices while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or shared services.
• Experience sourcing GMP direct materials (APIs, excipients, intermediates, etc.).
• Strong expertise in supplier negotiations and contract management.
• Knowledge of direct material qualification processes and regulatory impact.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for raw material categories.
• Lead sourcing events and supplier negotiations to secure contracts.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams.
• Manage supplier performance and governance across the portfolio.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks via market insights and contingency plans.
• Drive value through cost optimization, innovation, and sustainability.
• Support qualification activities, specification changes, and regulatory requirements.
• Advance standardized sourcing practices and AI-enabled improvements.
