Job summary

HAVI Logistics Poland is seeking a Senior Solutions Analyst to analyze complex business requirements, design effective technology solutions, and ensure successful implementation within our IT department. You will collaborate with the Solution Owner and other Analysts to maintain and enhance solutions, cover SaaS administration, and translate business requirements into functional specs with cost estimates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar IT/BA role.
• Proficiency in Procurement and Source to Pay processes.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, logistics, or IT.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in logistics or supply chain industries preferred.
• At least three years across two IT solution development disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of software development, integration and PM principles.
• Experience with Progress OpenEdge and ABL is a plus.
• Strong teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent analytical and technical abilities; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements with stakeholders to identify improvements.
• Design effective, innovative IT solutions considering feasibility and scalability.
• Assess and coordinate system integration with existing data sources.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional IT projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation and architecture diagrams.
• Develop and execute system tests and facilitate user acceptance testing.
• Communicate with stakeholders and management about progress and changes.
• Provide training and support to end-users on new systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Manage product lifecycle from concepts through run and maintain in collaboration with teams.
