Zusammenfassung

HAVI is expanding its GBS hub in Kraków, seeking a Senior Solution Analyst P2P to lead analysis, design, and delivery of end-to-end P2P solutions. You will collaborate with global process owners, procurement, finance, and IT teams to translate complex requirements into robust, scalable IT designs.

The role emphasizes SAP MM, Coupa integrations, and strong project management in a multicultural environment with international stakeholders. Excellent English communication is required.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Solution Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar IT role supporting Source-to-Pay processes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP MM and Coupa, including integrations with SAP FI and SAP VIM.
• Experience in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Business process knowledge within Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related industries.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in at least two IT solution development disciplines, including architecture, application design, or development.
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies, systems integration, and project management principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and technical skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Experience working with internal and external development teams in an outsourced environment.
• Strong planning, organizational, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Experience working within multicultural and global teams across different time zones.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build effective business partnerships.
• Continuous improvement mindset with a proactive approach to identifying optimization opportunities.

Aufgaben

• Collaborate with Global Business Process Owners, Subject Matter Experts, Procurement, Finance, Accounts Payable, Local Market teams, and IT stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Translate business capabilities and future‑state requirements into end-to-end solution requirements across multiple applications and technologies.
• Assess solution options and provide effort and cost estimates for proposed initiatives.
• Design scalable and innovative IT solutions aligned with business objectives and existing system architecture.
• Analyze integration requirements and coordinate with development teams to ensure seamless system connectivity.
• Lead and support cross‑functional IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Create and maintain functional specifications, process flows, architecture diagrams, user guides, and related documentation.
• Develop and execute test plans, support system testing activities, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, project teams, and senior management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide training and support to end‑users to drive adoption and effective utilization of implemented solutions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, continuously identifying opportunities for optimization, standardization, and business value creation.
