Job summary

SHEIN in Warsaw seeks a locally based OT Security Engineer to support day-to-day cyber security operations of our automated warehouse. You will monitor OT networks, analyze logs, respond to incidents, and coordinate with global security teams.

Required: 3–5 years in cyber security, knowledge of OT networks (TCP/IP, Siemens S7, OPC), and fluent English; CISSP or similar certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant cyber security experience.
• Experience with automated warehouse environments and industrial automation preferred.
• Fluent English; Chinese language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Routine OT security monitoring and inspections across warehouse environments.
• Analyze security logs and network traffic to identify risks and remediation needs.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with stakeholders to drive resolutions.
• Manage access controls, third-party accounts, and vendor risk at sites.
• Assist in emergency response, business continuity planning, and exercises.
• Support compliance, audits, and security reporting to leadership.
