Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior OT Cybersecurity Consultant to help secure industrial environments and protect critical OT assets for global clients. You will deliver advisory and hands-on implementation services across OT/ICS networks within a hybrid Katowice context.

You will work on OT security assessments, architecture reviews, network segmentation, and monitoring programs, applying standards like IEC 62443 and NIST. English fluency and relocation to Katowice are required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Cyber Security or OT Security Domain.
• Certifications: GICSP, CCNA, CISSP, CISA, CISM or equivalent (technology-based).
• C1 level English proficiency (fluent or native), with strong communication for international client-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver OT cybersecurity engagements and support business development.
• Design and implement security solutions for industrial environments across OT and IT/OT networks.
• Conduct OT security assessments, architecture reviews, network segmentation, and compliance evaluations.
• Provide practical remediation recommendations to improve security posture and resilience.
