Job summary

A leading consulting firm in Poland seeks an experienced Lead Engineer in OT Security Engineering to drive project objectives, manage teams, and develop innovative security solutions. This role requires deep technical knowledge in cybersecurity, coupled with strong business acumen to adapt to market trends. Ideal candidates will have experience with large clients and possess relevant certifications. A hybrid working model is available, along with extensive development programs and a strong focus on mental health support.

Qualifications

• Possession of product certificates.
• Practical knowledge of OT environments (ICS/PLC/SCADA/DCS).
• Experience in managing a team of engineers and leading projects.

Responsibilities

• Conducting OT projects as a cybersecurity expert.
• Supporting team management, including task delegation.
• Preparing commercial offers and estimating project costs.

Skills

Knowledge of OT security standards: IEC62443, NIST 800-82

Experience working with large clients in an international environment

Ability to analyze technical documentation

Sales and bidding skills

Knowledge of operating system and application security

Fluent in English (min. B2)
