Job summary

ArcLight Consulting, a leading Oracle Cloud advisory, seeks an experienced Senior Consultant to deliver EPM Cloud Planning solutions for clients. You will configure, test and optimize PBCS/EPBCS modules and align financial processes with Oracle industry best practices.

The role requires hands-on implementation, proactivity, and the ability to drive architecture discussions, workshops and design sessions in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or higher in Business/Accounting/IS.
6+ years implementing Oracle EPM; 4+ years with Planning/Budgeting.
Experience with PBCS/EPBCS modules; integration with Oracle Cloud Financials/HCM.
Strong FP&A, financial close, and planning/forecasting knowledge.
PM experience coordinating Oracle Cloud implementations.

Responsibilities

Define scope and estimate work effort for Oracle Cloud projects.
Design prototypes and map Oracle Cloud options for clients.
Configure, document, and test Oracle Cloud solutions.
Identify risks and drive remediation to avoid roadblocks.
Lead client and ArcLight resources to deliver quality.
