Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Oracle Developer to join a project focused on assessment and modernization of the Oracle E-Business Suite environment. You will analyze current architecture, identify technical debt, and propose improvements while working remotely with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

8+ years in Oracle E-Business Suite development and maintenance.
Experience modernizing legacy systems and architecture reviews.
Strong knowledge of SDLC, change management, and testing practices.
Ability to produce detailed technical documentation for stakeholders.
Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

Conduct a thorough assessment of the current Oracle EBS environment, including customizations and legacy components.
Identify modernization areas and evaluate transitioning functionalities to microservices.
Analyze SDLC processes, including change management, development practices, code review, and testing.
Review CI/CD and DevOps processes to enhance automation in builds, deployments, and release management.
Evaluate post-deployment operations: monitoring, incident management, maintenance automation.
Prepare a detailed analysis of current state and identify gaps.
Provide recommendations and propose a modernization roadmap for Oracle EBS.
