Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Oracle Developer for a remote role focused on assessing and modernizing the Oracle E-Business Suite environment. You will analyze current architecture, identify technical debt, and propose a modernization roadmap to improve capabilities for the client.

You will work with a team dedicated to enhancing Oracle EBS, including examining SDLC practices, automation in builds and releases, and post-deployment operations.

Qualifications

Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite development and maintenance.
Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and customizations.
Practical experience in assessing and modernizing legacy systems.

Responsibilities

Conduct a thorough assessment of the Oracle EBS environment and existing customizations.
Identify modernization opportunities and evaluate microservices feasibility.
Analyze SDLC processes including change management, development practices, reviews, and testing.
Review CI/CD and DevOps to enhance build, deployment, and release automation.
Evaluate post-deployment operations including monitoring, incident management, and automation.
Prepare a detailed current-state analysis and identify gaps in tech and processes.
Provide a modernization roadmap for the Oracle EBS platform.
