Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Oracle Developer to lead assessment and modernization of the Oracle E-Business Suite environment. You will analyze current architecture, identify debt, and craft recommendations for improvements. This remote role collaborates with a team focused on enhancing Oracle EBS capabilities.

You’ll work on assessing legacy systems, proposing a modernization roadmap, and guiding SDLC and DevOps practices for successful transformations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite development and maintenance.
• Deep understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and its customizations.
• Proven ability to assess and modernize legacy systems.
• Experience in analyzing SDLC processes and implementing best practices.
• Familiar with CI/CD and DevOps practices; able to document recommendations for stakeholders.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Assess the current Oracle EBS environment, including customizations and legacy components.
• Identify modernization options and evaluate microservices migration feasibility.
• Analyze SDLC processes, change management, development practices, code reviews, and testing.
• Review CI/CD and DevOps pipelines to improve automation of builds, deployments, and releases.
• Evaluate post-deployment operations, including monitoring, incident management, and maintenance automation.
• Prepare a detailed analysis of the current state and identify gaps in technology and processes.
• Propose a modernization roadmap for the Oracle EBS platform.

We are looking for a Senior Oracle Developer to join a project focused on the assessment and modernization of the Oracle E-Business Suite environment. You will play a crucial role in analyzing the current architecture, identifying technical debt, and providing recommendations for improvements. This is a remote position, allowing you to collaborate with a team dedicated to enhancing the client's Oracle EBS capabilities. Your tasks

• Conducting a thorough assessment of the current Oracle EBS environment, including existing customizations and legacy components
• Identifying areas for modernization and evaluating the feasibility of transitioning functionalities to a microservices architecture
• Analyzing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, including change management, development practices, code review, and testing
• Reviewing CI/CD and DevOps processes to enhance automation in builds, deployments, and release management
• Evaluating post-deployment operational processes, including monitoring, incident management, and maintenance automation
• Preparing a detailed analysis of the current state of the environment and identifying technological and process gaps
• Providing recommendations for improvements and proposing a modernization roadmap for the Oracle EBS platform

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite development and maintenance
• Strong understanding of Oracle EBS architecture and customizations
• Practical experience in assessing and modernizing legacy systems
• Proficiency in analyzing SDLC processes and implementing best practices
• Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps methodologiesAbility to prepare detailed technical documentation and recommendations for stakeholders
• Fluent English

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Familiarity with automation tools for deployment and monitoring
