Job summary

Be | Shaping the Future Poland is seeking a Senior Oracle BI / DWH Developer to join a remote team and work on complex enterprise data and BI solutions. You will develop Oracle-based Data Warehouse and BI solutions with a strong focus on PL/SQL, ETL processes, data modeling, and performance optimization.

You’ll design ODI ETL/ELT processes, build data warehouses with dimensional modeling, and optimize SQL, indexes, and execution plans while collaborating with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Strong Oracle PL/SQL, SQL and data modelling skills.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle databases and DWH design.
• Proven ODI experience and ODI-based ETL development.
• Experience with Oracle BI Publisher and Oracle Analytics Server.
• Understanding of OLTP and data warehouse environments.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Fluent English and ability to collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize Oracle-based Data Warehouse and BI solutions.
• Design and implement ODI ETL/ELT processes.
• Build and maintain Data Warehouse with dimensional modeling.
• Work with star and snowflake schemas and efficient data structures.
• Write and optimize complex SQL for large data environments.
• Tune database performance including indexing and partitioning.
• Develop and maintain reporting using Oracle BI / Analytics tools.
• Create technical documentation and ensure maintainability.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders on data projects.
