Job summary

Cyclad is seeking an experienced ETL Engineer to design, optimize, and maintain data pipelines and semantic models for analytics projects. You will work on SSIS-based ETL, MDX optimization, and reporting with Power BI, while collaborating with international clients.

The role requires strong SQL skills, 5+ years in BI/data, and good Polish/English communication. Remote work from Poland is supported, with a B2B engagement and long-term project opportunities.

Qualifications

• Min. 5 years of professional experience in BI/data/SQL programming.
• Hands-on experience with SSIS and OLAP cubes.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases (SQL Server).
• Practical experience with MDX optimization techniques.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Experience with Power BI, Fabric, Azure Synapse/Azure Data Lake is a plus.
• Experience in consulting or working with clients is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain analytical solutions, ETL processes, and data pipelines using SSIS and OLAP cubes.
• Create and maintain semantic models and analytical datasets.
• Develop interactive reports based on business requirements.
• Optimize existing data models to ensure performance, scalability, and data accuracy.
• Analyze business requirements and investigate root causes of data-related issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Maintain and update technical documentation, data models, and solution designs.
