Job summary

Bolt is seeking a Finance Business Partner for CEE to support the financial performance and strategic decision making for Bolt’s Rides business in the region. In this role you will partner with senior leadership to help deliver growth and profitability targets across CEE, turning financial insights into action with scalable FP&A solutions.

This role requires strong commercial sense, experience in finance or consulting, and the ability to evaluate ROI on complex investments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field required; MBA or professional certification a plus.
• Proven experience in finance or consulting.
• Strong ability to evaluate business/investment cases, including ROI assessments.
• Strong commercial awareness, business acumen, and stakeholder communication.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills; experience with AI projects, Excel or Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Understand P&L, explain growth drivers and deviations from budget; drive actions to improve performance.
• Lead regional profitability projects and scalable solutions across countries.
• Partner with country teams to evaluate investments for topline growth.
• Identify cost saving opportunities to improve margins.
• Drive budgeting, FP&A planning, risk assessment and ad hoc analysis; develop scalable FP&A tools.

About The Role

As the Finance Business Partner for CEE, you will support the financial performance and strategic decision making for Bolt’s Rides business in the region. In this role, you will partner with senior leadership to help deliver growth and profitability targets across CEE. You will work on business and investment cases that require strong commercial and financial judgement, while collaborating closely with the Senior Finance Manager for CEE and global finance teams to build scalable solutions. This is a highly collaborative role for a finance professional who can turn financial insights into action and contribute to the overall success of the business.

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

• Build a clear understanding of the P&L, explain growth drivers and deviations from budget to leadership, and help drive actions to improve performance.
• Lead key regional projects focused on improving profitability and scaling solutions across multiple countries.
• Partner with country teams to assess and prioritise investments that support topline growth while reflecting regional dynamics.
• Identify and deliver cost saving opportunities that support margin expansion.
• Drive budgeting, financial planning, risk assessment, and ad hoc analysis, while developing scalable FP&A tools and solutions.

About You

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
• You bring proven experience in finance or consulting.
• You have a strong ability to navigate complex business environments and evaluate business or investment cases, including ROI assessments.
• You have strong commercial awareness, business acumen, and the communication skills needed to build effective relationships with local and central stakeholders.
• You have strong analytical and problem solving skills, including experience with AI projects, Excel, or Google Sheets.
