HEINEKEN Kraków (HEINEKEN Business Services Poland) is seeking a Senior Operations & Coordination Team Lead with French to drive end-to-end Supply Chain operations within the Centre. The role leads a team of specialists, ensures operational excellence, and aligns ways of working across markets in a transformation context.

You will leverage your 7–10 years of Supply Chain/finance experience, plus 3–5 years of leading operational teams, to improve processes, performance, and stakeholder

Formación

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, finance, or related field.
• 7–10 years in Supply Chain or finance; 3–5 years leading operational teams.
• Advanced English and at least upper-intermediate French.
• Experience with process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement approaches.

Responsabilidades

• In- and out-bound requests execution across Supply Chain and Finance flows.
• Own and deliver against key KPIs and monitor performance trends.
• Act as single operational contact for OpCos, managing expectations and communication on performance and priorities.
• Lead, coach, and develop employees; set performance expectations and KPIs; drive talent management.
