We are recruiting a role focused on coordinating of supply chain flows and ensuring seamless process between internal teams and external partners. This job requires to be able to work both in English and French to strongly support our teams in a network organization. This position plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency, managing requests, and supporting the end-to-end execution of business processes in an international environment.

Your Responsibilities Would Include

• Coordinating incoming requests and ensuring timely processing within internal systems
• Managing process lifecycle activities, including validation, follow-up, and adjustments
• Acting as a liaison between stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient execution
• Monitoring operational performance and proactively resolve discrepancies
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Maintaining data accuracy and tracking transactions in relevant systems
• Identifying areas for process optimization and continuous improvement

You Are a Good Match If You Have

• Advance level of French and English
• Experience in operational processes, such as administrative coordination, transportation, finance, or supply services
• Strong operational skills
• Solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
• ERP/system experience is a plus
